30-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product should be in good condition and include all original accessories, cables, manuals, and included items.

Because high-capacity lithium batteries require special handling, please keep the original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, contact us before returning the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

For approved claims, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide either:

A replacement, or A full refund

For visible shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Quality Returns

If you change your mind or order the wrong model, you may still request a return within the 30-day return window.

For non-quality returns:

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

The product must be in good, resalable condition.

All original accessories and included items should be returned.

A reasonable deduction may apply for missing accessories, excessive wear, damage, or required replacement packaging.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Warranty

The 30-day return policy is separate from the product warranty.

Manufacturing defects reported after the return period may still qualify for warranty service according to the applicable warranty terms.
